Owners Christina Pelino and Vinny Pelino provide a dining experience with each meal at Pelino’s Pasta. The concept aims to recreate the love and laughter we experienced every day growing up at the kitchen table. It is our hope that our food helps create warm memories for you and those you love and dine with.
Pelino's Pasta makes all of our food and desserts from scratch using only the highest quality local organic, or imported Italian ingredients. Our pasta is made fresh from imported Italian Semolina flour and extruded or shaped by hand. Our signature Cacio e Pepe is tossed tableside in a 60lb cheese wheel. Our desserts are delicately perfected and paired to round out your meal.
Our menu features a monthly rotating three or four course option that highlights the beauty and simplicity of quality ingredients and traditional Italian fare.
