Our Emilia-Romagna cooking week begins Monday, September 29 - Sunday, October 5th, 2025.
The focus of the trip is to provide an immersion course in Italian cooking. The design of this trip is similar to how we tour regions as chefs for Pelino's Pasta. Great food is much more than ingredients and techniques, and to understand food you must understand the culture.

Emilia-Romagna is often referred to as the "food capital" of Italy. The cities of Parma, Modena, and Bologna are famous for their food and the ingredients they create, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic.

We will be visiting cultural sites with Beyond-the-Gates.
