You will be staying in the historic city center of Rome, with 6 nights of accommodations provided. Private transfers will take you to/from the FCU Roma Airport, or the CIA Roma Ciampino Airport.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners will be provided at Michelin and Gambero Rosso award winning restaurants (Gambero Rosso is Italian ranking system, similar to the Michelin guide but only for Italy) and also a dinner in a historical Roman Palace.

Christina and Vincenzo Pelino are the married chefs behind Pelino’s Pasta, Piazza Pelino and the Pelino’s on Pearl event space in Columbus.

Christina, pastry chef and owner, is the creative force behind the restaurants and our hospitality. Christina did pastry coursework in Paris before touring all of Italy learning Italian cuisine.

Vincenzo, executive chef, initially studied architecture and classical history in college before pursuing his career in restaurants. He spent time studying architecture in Rome, and since a youth has been enamored with his Italian heritage and culture.
