We cordially invite you to the first dinner in our "Tour of Italia" series. This dinner features Piemonte, which is one of Vinny and Christina's absolute favorite regions for food and wine. Chef Vinny will share his passion for Piemonte through seven courses of traditional dishes while our wine purveyor Jon Offredo, guides you through a series of incredible pairings from Bianchi winery.

Join us for a 3 course dinner and an immersive pasta making experience with Chef Vinny as your instructor. We're thrilled to offer two levels of pasta instruction customized to your requirements: one for beginners and another for those with prior class attendance or pasta-making expertise. These classes are taught alongside one another so please make a note in your reservation so we may plan accordingly.

For our second stop in the "Tour of Italia" dinner series we are featuring the region of Abruzzo! This is of course the Pelino family home region. Differing from our typical dinners this six course meal will not be paired with a specific winery. Having just returned from the Italian wine conference in Verona, where he met with over 30 wineries, Chef Vinny is excited to offer optional pairings that have been selected from our entire list.

Our "Tour of Italia" dinner series started in the North in Piemonte, took us through the central region of Abruzzo, and now has brought us to Sicilia to finish our tour in southern Italia. Chef Vinny's Grandma Joann is a descendant of this region and it has had a strong influence in the Pelino family.
